The guy will never be charged with being creative but he does face between 96-208 years in prison.
The man asked a female realtor to show him a vacant home in a rural home.
She did.
Then he raped her and took her money.
A jury found him guilty of;
1. sexual assault,
2. second-degree kidnapping and
3. aggravated robbery.
Add to it very sexpid.
The dude had a history going back more than 25 years including numerous felony convictions.
The real estate agent, just doing her job, gets serious points deducted for lacking any common sense.

Colombians caught in the act of adultery are facing a new legislative proposal.
A senator wants to impose fines of up to 20 minimum monthly salaries and obligatory welfare service.
The community service will, no doubt, be carried out while wearing a scarlet X.
The goal is to:
1. protect family values
2. shield children from broken homes.

Men for sure…at the time they are thinking with the wrong head.
