I can think of a very reasonable punishment for this foster mom who pleaded guilty to poking hypodermic needles into the eyes of her foster daughter.
The child was left blind in one.
Ten years of complaints about the guilty foster parent went unchecked on by foster care workers.
The foster mother also beat the girl with an umbrella and burned her tongue with a hot fork.
She faces ten years in prison…
Let’s put her there after we whop her with an umbrella, burn her tongue and poke her left eye out.

A non-Japanese woman in Japan was turned away by five hospitals after she gave birth to her baby at home.
The Japanese ambulance crew, unable to speak English, (isn’t a scream the same in any language?) also had difficulty knowing what to do with her.
After two hours of searching and two rejections by the same two hospitals twice!, the woman finally was admitted.
Though the hospitals were equipped with maternity wards, the woman was refused because hospitals said they did not have proper facilities.
The woman gave birth by the time the ambulance arrived. She did not speak Japanese and had never consulted a doctor during her pregnancy.
In the time period from 2004-2006, there were 172 cases of women being rejected more than five times by hospitals.
And, Japan is wondering why their birth rate is declining…
If I were a woman in Japan, I’d think twice about getting pregnant, too.

There’s a fertility festival that is held in Kawasaki – the Kanamara Festival.
Young women ride 10 foot penises, and middle-aged men gawk and take pictures.
Large crowds of cross dressers carry huge portable shrines shaped like a phallus and sales people hawk candles shaped like genitalia of both sexes.
Demand exceeds supply….
Couples with fertility problems visit the shrine to pray for help.
Couples without fertility problems also visit the shrine and pray for help…to stop.
