In the end, the real idiot is a ten-year veteran police chief who was charged with two counts of sexual assault against male employees.

The police chief was suspended WITH PAY!

Where is Reader’s Digest and the THAT’S OUTRAGEOUS writers when you need them?

He’s in jail because no one has come up with the $200,000 bond.

Do the other inmates know who he is and why he is there?

Get this…the chief is accused of performing oral sex on another male employee who had passed out drunk at a part.

“Gee, I wish I had been drinking at the time….”

The police chief used an instrument to violate another employee AFTER he (the employee) had passed out, also drunk…but at a different party.

And, somebody please remind me again, why is it that people drink?

The city manager weighed in, “This will reflect poorly on us.”

What…employees getting drunk and violated or police chiefs doing the violating or both?
