The judge was speechless when the only excuse a 20-year old could give for repeatedly beating his girlfriend’s 2-year-old was “I am not a morning person.”
The 20-year old kicked the boy, squeezed his face when he was moving in.
“Mom!! Are you sure we wanna live with this guy?”
Three days later the new live-in BF punched the boy twice causing bleeding on his brain and severe bruising on his face and back.
Too bad the judge was a morning person or afternoon person when the idiot stood before her.
And the reason mom didn’t protect her little boy from this insane person is?
20 years max in a state penn is not long enough for this guy.

Rape is not a sexual crime…rape is not a sexual crime…so they say.
Tell that to the 65-year old who was attacked, threatened and raped for about 2 hours in FL.
A man wearing a dark hat, black long-sleeved shirt and dark pants, about 5’11″, race, age unknown is the culprit.
Physical examination revealed she is telling the truth.
65-years old?!

Iraq is dangerous?!
A soldier returning home from a tour of duty discovered his wife had put their 11-month old baby girl’s body in the attic and left it there to rot a few weeks before he got back.
Dad was picked up at the Air Force Base by his MIL and taken home to his wife.
She was asleep (welcome home). And when they couldn’t find the baby – Amber Alert.
Following their noses…the baby was found in the attic.
And Iraq is dangerous?! Not for little girls.

An Indiana University law student took aim and fired at one of his law textbooks – on real estate transfer finance and developments.
The book had two bullet holes in it and the 27-year old student who shot it is facing a felony charge of criminal recklessness.
The student, not surprisingly….under the influence of alcohol.
In his apartment – two assault rifles, an AR-15 and an AK-47.

Had the attorney been on a date, he would be accused of a Dade date rape.
One of People Magazine’s Most Eligible bachelor’s is accused of “drugging and raping a college student he met at a Miami Beach nightclub.”
The knucklehead is already awaiting trial on two sexual accounts in Boston and seems to be working his way down the coast.
He used to work on behalf of foster children and was a candidate on the first season of ABC’s reality hit The Bachelor.”
Looks like the defense lawyer is going to need some serious defending.
Perhaps he has already thought that out.
