2 Women Shoplifters Escape…Forget Their Baby

A mother ran out the door when she was called out for suspected shoplifting.

“OMG! I’m outta here!”

She forgot to take her purse and cell phone which she left in the stroller with her infant son.

In the stroller were vases, teapots and knives ($180ish).

Bad kid! Bad kid!

Bringing his mom with him to steal those things and then letting mom get away and being left with the goods?

Bad kid! Bad kid!

The kid doesn’t have a chance growing up with a parent like that.

Let’s hope dad has his screws tightened.

Red Cross Distributes Blood Infected with Hepatitis B

I used to give blood…about every other week when I lived in Japan…they took out the liquid part and put the blood cells back in…kinda neat, it was.

And they gave me snacks to munch on while they did it.

Glad I wasn’t in Korea giving it or needing it.

The Red Cross in Korea distributed hepatitis B-infected blood to hospitals that have resulted in at least one person becoming infected and maybe as many as four deaths.

13 packs of blood collected from five people with HBV were swapped mistakenly with blood of people negative to HBV.

What’s more…it took the agency 3 years to figure out what went wrong.

Still feel safe going to the hospital?

Dogs Shoot Man While Fetching Birds

A man and his friends were hunting birds.

Bang!

Down went the bird.

‘Fetch!’ said one of the dogs in the hunting pack and the man went after downed pheasant.

Meanwhile, one of the dogs stepped on the man’s gun…he was on the muzzle end…and shot the man in the calf some three feet away.

The man got the bird, but the dog got the man.

“That’ll teach him to send me out fetching,” growled Rover.

Man’s Attempt to Mimic Bus Transfer Machine Fails

A Chinese dude tried to ride a bus in Wuhan without paying the exorbitant bus fare – Y1.20 (16 cents).

When he got on he ran his wallet over the terminal so that the machine could ‘read’ his transport card through the skin of his money purse.

“SSeecpt!” He made the sound of the transport machine and headed for the back of the bus.

The bus driver, no dummy mind you, saw no sign on the terminal that the man’s card was ‘swiped’ and insisted on seeing his card.

Insinuations and demands for apologies followed…but in the end, the thief was forced to pony up the 16 cents for bus fare.

The things some people will do for money…yeesh!
