Be sure to look up when you walk the streets in Japan.

A woman fell/jumped? from an 11-story condominium.

Fair enough…people do fall out of their condos from time to time, right?

But…she landed on some poor fellow walking on the street below.

She…died…massive internal injuries.

He…head injuries that will take a month or so to heal.

A passerby – “I heard a loud thump, and when I turned around, there were people lying on the ground.”

The incident occurred at around 7:30pm in Tokyo.

Some people can’t even commit suicide right….if, that is, there is a right way to do it. 

A high-ranking official in Nagasaki (a-bomb) committed suicide after he was accused of molesting a female journalist earlier this year.

The 59-year old man’s body was found hanging from a tree on a mountain at about 1:50am.

Um…what were people looking for in the mountains at 1:50am, I wonder?

The man had dinner with friends until 10pmish. His wife came home at 10:30pmish and reported to police that her husband was still AWOL.

Molestation…wrong.

Hanging….very wrong. 

Gotta pay the bills so the little guy can eat, huh?

Not if he dies while you are at work.

A 22-year old woman left her 17-month old son in a car while she went to work at the Hooters Restaurant.

The little boy was left in the car in the parking lot for about seven hours….and died.

Mom said she forgot to drop him off at day care.

The day before the father tried but failed to get the little boy away from the mother who “couldn’t do it anymore” but also “couldn’t stand not seeing him everyday.”

Well, she’s not going to get to see the baby now…except in pictures while she sits in jail thinking what might have been.

The Hooters restaurant was in Maricopa, AZ.

MTV star Vincent Margera was found guilty of groping girls during a promotional appearance.

“Jesus! I can’t spend the rest of my f—— life in jail! Just f—— kill me now!” he screamed as he hit the floor, knocking down his defense attorney as he fell.

“I can’t stand up! My legs! My legs! I can’t move.”

More followed after he was found guilty of sexual assault on a child.

He apparently got to one juror who cried and wiped tears…crocodile perhaps?

Four deputies dragged him out of the courtroom despite his ‘broken legs.’

The girls’ who’s breasts he groped…12 and 14.

The cornball’s defense attorney -her client may have been obnoxious and vulgar but said he was acting according to the character that his fans loved and expected to see.

And…it wasn’t done for sexual arousal, gratification or abuse, as the law requires, she said.

Maybe we should lock the lawyer up, too.

Lane Garrison of Prison Break fame will have to do real time…40 months in jail for causing the death of a 17-year old high school girl and injuring two other high-schoolers.

At the party, Garrison had a drink…took the three girls for a ride in his 2001 Land Rover.

A few minutes later he crossed over the median and hit a tree.

Garrison said he was sorry.

The girl is still dead.

His alcohol blood level…twice the legal limit for California.

Even Michael won’t be able to get him out of this one.

I don’t want to scare off regular readers/subscribers to Wispid….but I’ll give you a head’s up.

I plan to take a bit of a turn, or more precisely, I think I am going to hook on a trailer to my ramblings here.

I will continue to post the links to the stupid people and their shenanigans that I come across…but I also want to pursue something else here at Wispid.

I belong to a writer’s group and when they learned of my alter ego here at Wispid, several of them thought out loud…what a great place to go to get plot twists and ideas for stories.

Hmmm….

I am a writer…dabble in creative non-fiction, that sort of thing. And, by golly, there are a lot of very creative knuckleheads in this world….thus, Wispid….so…

I think I will take a shot at trying to attract readers/writers to Wispid as well.

Yup…and I plan to post some of my stories here, too.

If all you really want to know is who did what more stupidly than you and I, keep reading, but skip over the part about writing…and writing ideas…and writing contests…and writing workshops and such.

But, I am going there (writing topics) as well. Hopefully, I’ll learn something as will those who stumble on these pages…AND hopefully we can gain some wisdom in NOT having to do something stupid….though I must admit…sometimes the best lessons in life are learning what NOT to do.
