A woman who had sex with a 5-year old boy in Central FL will get a new trial.

The woman’s attorney says she was abused and forced to have sex with the boy by her husband.

The boy is now in his teens and doesn’t remember any of the nonsense.

There are videotapes that were used to convict the woman.

So, um, why does she get a new trial?

She faces life without parole.

I hope she takes her lawyer with her.

A child, beautiful but with an IQ of 65 was raped for the second time in two years.

Unable to testify because of her mental inability, the rapists are able to go free.

Prosecutors say that there is nothing they can do if the girl won’t testify.

Both times the young lady was raped by school mates.

Mom wants to know, “I feel the system, including the police, has failed us.
Must we just let it (the rape) go because my child is mentally handicapped?”

I’d like to know, too.

A man and a woman were charged with burning their 1-year old son while giving him a bath.

“Can we see the baby, too?”

“Um, what baby?”

The couple had a baby who relatives say had been AWOL for several months.

Bones were found in the ceiling of the man’s sister’s home. He had to stow them there because he could not burn them away on the barbecue grill.

The man and woman lived with their other five sons.

A sister suspected something was up when she couldn’t find one of the little ones.

Yup. There is something worse than child abuse.

How about we put this man and his woman on a barbecue grill until all their meat is burned off?

A parliament guard down under grabbed a 14-year old school girl’s hand, kissed her and then went for her breast.

The little girl knew enough to complain to an adult who went to parliamentary staff.

The school girl was on a tour of parliament.

“And on your left, we have a pervert security guard.”

A woman down the street from me here in Silicon Valley was bilked out of $445k by a psychic who said the money was needed to rid the woman from evil.

The woman paid the witch $350K and gave her $95K in goods and services.

“Miss Donna” had previously been run of of town, San Francisco. You know she has to be a nut case if SF runs her out.

She turned up in NJ and the NJ police sent her back to CA.

It seems to me that if a person can be talked out of $350K by a fake, then there is something wrong with both parties.

An Eastern Washington University student was dragged for about four miles behind a pickup truck.

Yeah, he’s dead now.

The 17-year old kid driving the truck told police he thought he was being chased by an ax-wielding assailant.

A guy with an ax?

Chasing a pickup truck?

For four miles?

Somebody else called the police to tell them a Ford F250 pickup was dragging a body.

I guess if you are drunk, you can’t feel the drag on your truck.

It seems a 45-year old man had tied ‘Bubba’ to the back of the truck without the teen driver’s knowing it.

‘Bubba’ was (key word is was) a martial arts expert who apparently had threatened several people with an ax earlier in the evening.

All of them had been drinking heavily.

‘Bubba’s motto is ‘go big or go home.’

He is not so big any more and will not be going home.

A Kiwi woman drowned in a family exorcism.

Her cousin had her eyes gouged by relatives.

The family was trying to lift a curse.

Methinks, it might be the family that was possessed.

40 relatives watched on as a 22-year old woman and her 14-year old cousin had their eyes scratched and water syringed into them.

“Get out of them, devil. get out!”

The 14-year old was rescued before she drown.

The ‘curse’ started when another family member stole a stone-made lion statue from a local pub.

And the reason that family member who stole the statue wasn’t exorcised?

It’s a mystery.

I’ve been tempted to clobber people on their mobile phone, usually when they are driving…their car AND me, nuts.

A mild mannered, petite, sweet, kind Japanese woman stabbed a mobile phone saleswoman at a supermarket sales outlet in Japan.

Details are forthcoming, but we can guess that the 22-year old sales girl was probably absorbed in text messaging, updating her blog, looking for a place to eat or maybe watching a TV program while the 24-year old customer waited.
