A Mexican writer who killed and ate his girlfriend was found hanged in his prison cell with his own belt.
And he had a belt because of why?

Singapore has a Pepp pill that claims to have enzymes that reduce the effects of alcohol by breaking down the contents by 50% within 40 minutes.
However, according to SimplyJean, it actually causes the individual to NOT know just how drunk they really are. The alcohol content in the body doesn’t change.
One guy who didn’t need the pill is this middle-aged flasher.
The guy was walloped by his buddies for easing sexual tensions in front of a group of kids he had been watching for an hour.
Imagine what he would have done had he had the Pepp pill first.

ExpatJane in Seoul apparently was awaken one too many times by a friend who was drunk.
After one such episode and unable to go back to sleep, she went web surfing only to discover that LG makes a phone that if you blow into it will tell you that it’s not a good time to be making phone calls.
You can even pre-block numbers – spouses and lovers, especially if you have both, bosses.
It works like a breathalyzer. Problem is, if a person is so drunk he or she needs to check, they are probably too drunk to know what to do about the results.
Still, Jane…it’s Christmas. What are you going to buy your hard drinking friends?
It might just be cheaper too put your phone on silent mode and get a pair of spongy earplugs to get you through the night.

Great idea, me thinks.
Now, if only it were portable, too.
They guys in this video definitely needed to be prevented from going out in public.
