Acquiring wisdom from the stupid things we and others do
A 24-year old man, drunk, jumped out of the SUV that was being driven by his 24-year old wife with the couple’s two children 4- and 7-years old in the back seat.
The man landed on the highway, northbound on Oregon 11, and died.
The car was going about 40-50 mph.
“Gee, dad…thanks for showing THAT to the kids.”
A man nailed his wife three times, with a nail gun…NOT that kind of nail.
He shot her twice in the head and once in the heart.
He learned that she, the mother of his two kids, had been cheating on her.
He then tried to take his own life…yup, that would be good for the kids.
He missed.
His attorney says his client was emotionally distraught. Really now.
The man had also stopped taking his antidepressant medication.
He had even written a suicide note.
I’ll bet he will be depressed now, to know he couldn’t even kill himself AND now his kids have no mother and a dad who needs nailing down.
For forty minutes the 58-year old woman stood next to her dead son. She held his hand and kissed his head.
Then they put the man into the oven to bake, bake, bake.
A funeral was held, and there were tears.
A day later, her son turned up in Nottingham…alive and kicking.
The guy they cremated….not her son, obviously.
The cremated man was identified….his mother said, “I’d recognize his ashes anywhere.”
Yeah, but the other mom was pretty sure, too.
Where is Solomon when we need him?
There’s a reason why vehicles are called two ton weapons…they kill people…they kill little people…unsuspecting little people…who are just playing in their yard….in their back yards.
Two teenage drivers crashed into a yard and killed a little 3-year old girl who was just hanging out with the babysitter.
The driver was 18- and the passenger 17-years old.
The toddler was in the back yard helping her babysitter hang Halloween lights.
The two boys, one with a new license and the other on a learner’s permit were racing in the residential zone.
Uh…Mom! Dad! How come the kids are driving the cars???!!!
I think the 17- and 18-year old boys’ parents should be with them in jail.
Gotta pay the bills so the little guy can eat, huh?
Not if he dies while you are at work.
A 22-year old woman left her 17-month old son in a car while she went to work at the Hooters Restaurant.
The little boy was left in the car in the parking lot for about seven hours….and died.
Mom said she forgot to drop him off at day care.
The day before the father tried but failed to get the little boy away from the mother who “couldn’t do it anymore” but also “couldn’t stand not seeing him everyday.”
Well, she’s not going to get to see the baby now…except in pictures while she sits in jail thinking what might have been.
The Hooters restaurant was in Maricopa, AZ.
A mother ran out the door when she was called out for suspected shoplifting.
“OMG! I’m outta here!”
She forgot to take her purse and cell phone which she left in the stroller with her infant son.
In the stroller were vases, teapots and knives ($180ish).
Bad kid! Bad kid!
Bringing his mom with him to steal those things and then letting mom get away and being left with the goods?
Bad kid! Bad kid!
The kid doesn’t have a chance growing up with a parent like that.
Let’s hope dad has his screws tightened.
Mom realized to late that her 9-month old daughter had crawled into the kitchen, then into a bucket filled with bleach on the kitchen floor and drowned.
Mom was watching TV.
The mother was placed in charge of her own 2-year old, another 2-year old boy and the 9-month old.
Efforts to revive the baby failed.
Investigation is ongoing.
I wonder, mom, what was so interesting on the television that you had to stop mopping the floor and…..
A 40-year old dad was:
1. driving drunk
2. holding an open 24-ounce container of Bud Light
3. not wearing a seatbelt
4. in an uninsured car
5. driving with an expired inspection
6. using the wrong license plates on the car.
7. heading the west in an eastbound lane
8. letting his little 2-year old flop about in the back seat unrestrained.
9. taken to jail and is being held without bail.
A Canadian mom (they have idiot parents up North, too) was found guilty of killing her 2-year old by sticking a 3-4 inch pencil like plastic toy about a half inch thick inside her baby girl….then leaving it there for several days.
The toddler died of dehydration and malnourishment.
The mom was found guilty of criminal negligence which caused the little girl to die.
For some reason, the mom didn’t realize the little girl needed medical attention.
The little girl had herpes sores around her mouth and vagina when she died.
A 24-year old man broke at least 12 bones in his infant son’s body.
The little boy’s limbs had been twisted, his skull fractured, mouth forced shut, and legs were broken during diaper changes.
MOM!!!! Where the $%#& are you?
Mom noticed bruises on the baby and that the head was swollen before the police were contacted.
The man…NOT the baby’s father.
If guilty…the man AND the boy’s mother…let’s twist, crush, break and pin shut their mouths for a few weeks, THEN have a court hearing.
