Chicago Police Officers Search Man w/ Screwdriver
A judge ruled that two Chicago police officers unreasonably searched a man with a screwdriver = the sodomized him.
A settlement of $4 million was reached BEFORE the verdict IF the victim was favored.
It took the jury three days to figure out the cops had done wrong.
The police officer did NOT discipline its own despite there being screwdrivers in the car used by the officer, an injury to the victim’s rectum and fecal matter in the cop’s glove compartment.
The victim will use the $4 million AFTER he does his time for drug possession.
What?! Did the cops NOT think the man would say anything?

Mayor Daley is concerned about “sensible gun controls”….he wants to get them out of the hands of ‘criminals’….would this include his SS Gestapo police??
Instead of trying to control guns, he should try to concentrate on controlling his police. Maybe then Chicago wouldn’t have the top homicide rates in the country.
