Government official Arrested for Schoolgirl Prostitution
A government air traffic controller was unable to maintain ground control of his own desires when he paid a 16-year-old schoolgirl 30,000 ($250) for sex at a Kanagawa hotel.
The 24-year old has admitted to the accusations.
The two met through a mobile phone matchmaking site.
