Master Cleanse - The Nasty and the Neat (Day 3)
It’s kind of like Santa Claus and checking out the Naughty and Nice. Only for me, yesterday I saw the Nasty and Neat.
I say nasty because the subject matter is indeed of that nature. So, if you don’t want to venture into the realm of TMI (too much information) stop reading.
Senna Leaf (Smooth Move) + salt Water Wash = a scrub brush to the pipes.
I took the smooth move the first night too early. It woke me up at around 3am and I found myself hoping I was sitting on the pot and not just dreaming. (I was).
The following morning, I drank a quart of warm water with the two teaspoons of sea salt in it and waited an hour. Nothing happened.
Turns out I can’t even get just two steps in the right order. Drink
the sea salt water on an empty stomach. I drank some of the lemonade
concoction first, then the sea salt.
The next day, however, I remembered the empty stomach part and took in the sea salt water at a miserable room temperature.
One hour later, just like clockwork…get out of my way.
The nasty - I had not eaten anything for two days and pretty much
‘cleaned’ myself out the day before…or so I thought. Nope…it was
ugly, somewhat lumpy, very dark and surrounded by a deep curry yellow
colored liquid.
I could not have imagined that there was anything left in the pipes to be washed out…seriously. But, there was.
Indeed I really thought it neat to see the rust, the crud, being
flushed twice…once out of my system and once down the commode.
It felt like my teeth do after the dental hygienist cleans them, the
car does after an engine flush and oil change, the sink does after you
use the disposal and scrub it with draino.
Seriously…it was way cool to see with my eyes that the pipes had been cleaned out.
Who would have thought that a trip to the pot would remove the clot and make me feel a lot…..better?
