Strip Club Pole Dancer Wins Worker’s Comp Award
An Indiana appeals court awarded a strip club pole dancer worker’s compensation when she was injured while performing.
She might even be eligible for double compensation.
She injured her neck dancing at the Shangri-La in Fort Wayne and had to have surgery.
Shangri-La appealed - they didn’t have a worker’s compensation policy and was not approved as a self-insurer…they missed a payment said the owner.
I reckon it’s pretty hard work doing the pole dance thing.
After all, kids in Australia are training for it now - see
