The shocking case was reported from Badarpur in South-East Delhi. The police in Rishikesh had informed the parents of the victim about the incident.

All the accused are minors, a senior police official said, adding they were “friends” of the victim and studied in the same school in Badarpur.

61 year old Amphon Tangnoppaku was arrested for sending a text message deemed offensive to the queen of Thailand. The man is now serving twenty years behind the bars.
