15-year old girl locked up with 20 men for a month

Brazilian prisons are notorious for overcrowding and poor conditions. Think Prison Break 3.

Apparently, the administrators of such prisons are pretty stupid, too.

Authorities have learned that a 15-year old girl was kept in a police cell with at least 20 men for a month.

Gee, can we guess what happened to the little girl when she got hungry? Needed something? Didn’t need anything but the guys wanted something?

The number of men varied from 20-34 and the girl was raped from day one.

What’s more, the girl was never officially charged of any crime.

Let’s see. Who was the guy who put her there? Let’s strip him down and put him in the prison for a month.
