The man grabbed the little, 4ft-tall, 9-year old girl as she played on her bicycle, took her to a cemetery and raped her.

The man has been given two life terms…and should be forced to live two lifetimes to serve them.

The man, a drug addict, had just gotten out of jail 2-months prior for convictions of burglary, assault and robbery.

Who let him out?!

The man, who has confessed, was caught after his DNA matched saliva taken from the victim’s clothing.

And to think…castration is too civilized.
