Baby Drowns While Mom Shops for Shoes Online

Mom’s shoes broke and she needed a new pair.

Ah, the convenience of being able to shop online and give a kid a bath at the same time.

Oh! The kid!!

The 10, 8 and 7 year old kids played downstairs while the 3-year and 11-month old took a bath upstairs.

When mom remembered what the little ones were up to she went upstairs to find the 3-year old trying to pull his little sister out of the tub…too late.

Mom – “It’s my fault. I’m so stupid.”

Mom has been charged with “two counts of second-degree manslaughter, one for negligence and the other for causing the death of a child through neglect or endangerment.”
