Burglar Leaves Apology Note on Second Break-in

A burglar in New Zealand is pretty good at his job….has a conscience, too.

He broke into the same house, twice!

The family did NOT know he had broken in until they found the things he stole the first time (laptop computer, digital camera and wallet containing credit cards) and a full-page note of apology.

The crook also left a basketball and two pairs of gloves that he bought with the credit cards and offered to leave money in the mailbox to cover the expense of the window he broke to get in.

All of this…in the same day.

So not only is he good and moral, he is also fast.

Lesson learned – confession is good for the soul…if you don’t get caught in the crime, perhaps.

What do you think the police should do with this culprit when/if s/he turns up?
