Chased car lands on sleeping man at home
A resident of Connecticut went to bed last month with no idea that a huge SUV will soon be on the top of him. The vehicle which was chased by the Connecticut Police landed on the man sleeping on his bed.
The fire fighters were immediately called at the residence and it took about 90 minutes to take out 34 year old Michael Sweat, trapped underneath the 2 ton BMW. A newspaper later reported that the man was in good spirits but has suffered second and third degree burns on his buttocks.
The driver of the SUV fled from the site on foot. According to the police they were chasing the vehicle since half an hour and when the driver finally entered the New Haven housing complex but was not able to negotiate the corner by Sweat’s house.
The owner of the house Bulent Ozalp said that he rushed towards the scene and asked about the condition of his tenant.
