Day-Care Facility Owner Unaware that Hitting Children with Vacuum Cleaner is Abuse

A day-care facility owner in Japan hit kids with a vacuum cleaner, whopped them with books and threw building blocks at them.

Then, he was surprised that authorities ordered the facility to be closed.

“I was not aware that I was abusing the children,” said the owner of Mondo Bambini.
