Drunk and Naked on I-95, sans Car
A PA dude was arrested by Delaware police because he was running naked and drunk on I-95.
He caused three accidents…none of them involving hitting him.
Two people tried to help the drunk streaker but he attacked them in return.
Now he faces two counts of assault and one of being drunk on the highway…sans car.
He’s locked up now.
