Drunken U.S. Sailor Wrestles Passerby

I was stationed in Yokosuka when I was in the U.S. Navy.

There were a LOT of knuckleheads like this guy who decided to assault a passer-by by putting him into a headlock.

The 23-year old sailor, assaulted a 43-year old from behind.

The seaman, wobbled, refused a breathalyzer test and announced that he didn’t remember what he did tot he 43-year old fellow.

He did, however, think “Gee, I sure am glad I was drinking at the time.”

How many international incidents have been caused, I wonder, because one or both sides of the parties involved thought it would be a good idea to share a drink together?
