Good advice about sex and drinking from a 16-year old

The kid’s only 16 years old but has more sense than people 2, 3, 4 times his age.

About sex and drinking – either go prepared, don’t get drunk, or don’t have sex. Simple as that.

Seems that binge-drinkers, chain-smokers and over-eaters are wanting treatment form Britain’s NHS and Sam doesn’t think it makes sense.

There is also a push to have condoms passed out for free at pubs….at the average tax payer’s expense, of course.

I reckon that if people are so drunk they want to have sex, they aren’t going to be able to operate a condom.
