Groper Throws Tokyo Rail Network into Confusion

A man accused of groping a woman on a commuter train in Tokyo’s busy rail network caused 42 trains to be delayed for up to 26 minutes because he jumped onto the tracks to get away.

Around 50, wearing a T-shirt, and trousers, he ran like the wind on Sunday evening after he thrust himself from behind onto the rear of a woman in her 20s.

The woman told a station attendant about the perv at a train stop and the man took off.
