Henry Ford – Words of Wisdom

Posted by wcbelew on February 4th, 2008 in Weird | No Comments

Some of the best lessons I have learned in life come from people I never met.

I would like to share some of the ‘words of wisdom’ that I have picked up over the years.

Henry Ford said:

Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

(I learn from my failures what doesn’t work so I can be smarter the next time Ihenry.ford.jpg try.)

Whether you think you can or think you can’t – you are right.

(What do you think?)

Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs.

(I have covered 100 miles on foot in less than 24 hours…one step at a time.)

My best friend is the one who brings out the best in me.

(It is not the person who blows smoke up my butt, but the person who makes me  want to be better.)

Don’t find fault. Find a remedy.

(I hate complaining.)

It is not the employer who pays the wages – he only handles the money. It is the product that pays the wages.

(The guys and girls in the trenches are the ones who make the difference.)

What’s your favorite quote? and why?
