Judge’s Drunk Daughter Guilty in Fatal Wreck

The 20-year old daughter of a State District Judge was driving an SUV with a blood alcohol level of .28, more than three times the legal limit of .08.

She slammed into the back of a box truck killing her 19-year old boyfriend.

The girl was ‘like a daughter’ to the family of her boyfriend says the dead boy’s father.

Now she can be the daughter …because they have no more son.

She got five years in jail that was probated to eight years. If she violates the probation…she goes to jail.

She got off way too easy.
