LG Smart Phone Blocks Drunk dialing

ExpatJane in Seoul apparently was awaken one too many times by a friend who was drunk.

After one such episode and unable to go back to sleep, she went web surfing only to discover that LG makes a phone that if you blow into it will tell you that it’s not a good time to be making phone calls.

You can even pre-block numbers – spouses and lovers, especially if you have both, bosses.

It works like a breathalyzer. Problem is, if a person is so drunk he or she needs to check, they are probably too drunk to know what to do about the results.

Still, Jane…it’s Christmas. What are you going to buy your hard drinking friends?

It might just be cheaper too put your phone on silent mode and get a pair of spongy earplugs to get you through the night.
