This guy, 47,  is not going to get to enter his beauty in Japan’s Candy Girl contest, I think.

Immigration and customs enforcement officials found him at Noon:47…on his lunch break?…with his pants down, “lying next to an anatomically correct inflatable doll,” in a public restroom.

I tell you, that’s some serious horniness…no?
