Patent Official Does Number on Woman’s Breast

A Japan patent office official fondled a woman’s breast on a packed train in Japan for several minutes.

When the train stopped, the woman grabbed the 37-year old dude and turned him over to the police.

The official ‘fessed up and now faces charges from the police and disciplinary action from the patent office.

I wonder if he thinks now that it was worth the feel.

It never is.
