Unneeded Double Mastectomy

A 35-year old woman had her lab reports mixed up by a medical lab.

Yup…it’s not going to be a happy ending.

A lab technician admitted cutting corners, leading to the wrong woman being cut on, while labeling tissue specimens.

Three very big problems –

1. The double mastectomy is complete though the woman didn’t need it

AND

2. there is another woman running around with breast cancer thinking ‘all is well.’

The single mother is going to sue…and the lawyers are going to win this one…

and

3. we are going to pay for it.
